Charles P. Bahringer
Jewelry Artist
Charles P. Bahringer, an award-winning jewelry artisan, was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Initially, he pursued Architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, but his path took a turn after he enrolled in a few fine art jewelry classes. "I went to college with the idea of becoming an architect, but I wanted to learn jewelry making to craft my own wedding rings someday," Charles reminisces. "I took a few classes and fell in love with it, which led me to switch to Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design."
After college, Charles owned and operated a custom fine jewelry store for thirteen years. His introduction to fine jewelry came through working with couples on their diamond wedding rings and winning multiple international jewelry competitions. Since then, he has mastered working with gold, silver, and other exotic stones found throughout the world.
Charles has designed and developed products for prestigious companies such as Tiffany & Co., Harry Winston, Marc Ecko, Calvin Klein, Dockers, Tommy Bahama, SHAQ, NASCAR, the NFL, and designing the World Series of Poker winner's bracelet.
His jewelry collections are ever evolving. "I am always looking forward; my designs are constantly evolving," says Charles.
